Dollarweed

Also known as Pennywort, the leaves on dollarweed are round in shape and approximately 1" in diameter. The dark green leaves are glossy with scalloped edges. It produces a tiny white flower that forms in clusters on the end of long stems. It thrives in wet areas and spreads by seed and rhizomes.
